Wait Time

Waiting times can make or break a client experience so you want to make sure you are using that time wisely! Strategically your clients should not have to wait more than 5-7 minutes before they see or speak to you.
Use your clients waiting time effectively by marketing your business or services using eye catching media. This could be in the form of commercials playing on monitors in your waiting area as well as brochures and magazines created to highlight your business. Replace those tabloids and fashion magazines with eye catching and interesting literature about your own business. Be sure that your environment is comfortable and inviting and addresses the needs of your clients. If it's a phone waiting time, make sure what they are listening to is an ear pleasing commercial about your business. By the time your client is ready to see you or speak to you they will have learned a lot about you, your business and most importantly how you can continue to be of service to them.

The bottom line is to not have your clients waiting too long to see you but make sure that when they do have to wait you have created an experience that will bring them back again and again.
